HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: No No: A Dockumentary. While he will be forever known as the man who threw a no-hitter on LSD, this documentary really shows just how complex a man Dock Ellis truly was. It was inspiring to see how Ellis took his experiences and tried to improve his life and others lives through counseling. Also, the fact that he took zero shit from anybody and stood up for himself no matter what.
Also a plus, a really awesome soundtrack by Ad-Rock. A+!
